Shipments are processed and shipped daily Monday to Friday as long as the item(s) are in stock.
Prescription eyewear and prescription ski inserts require approximately 10 business days for processing before shipment, depending on the prescription (Rx) and the type of lenses ordered.
Shipments are mailed using Canada Post, and can be tracked via the tracking number(s) produced by Canada Post.
On occasion, other carriers (such as Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canpar etc) may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Shipments can be sent by Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost for an additional charge which will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Delivery by Canada Post Expedited Parcel may take up to 1-7 business days after shipment depending on the destination.
